The Saturday Morning Men's Ministry

A Fellowship & Prayer Group

Simply put, a bunch of guys (young, old, married, single, career builders, retired and everything in between) who get together on the first Saturday of each month to visit, eat pray and have fun!

Our meetings usually start about 8:00 AM with breakfast of pancakes and sausage or biscuits and gravy or whatever else our Master Chefs come up with.  The actual meeting gets going at 8:30 with a time for reading of scripture and reflection.  Then, take care of some business.  Guest speakers are lined up once in awhile and we often submit ideas for future meetings at this time.  Special concerns are heard and we spend some time in prayer at closing.  You are on your way to take on the day by 9:30 sharp, unless you want to stick around and visit some more.

Yes, once in awhile we even do some work!  Our group is often called on to help clean up, fix up or make repairs around the Parish.  We have fund raisers throughout the year to assist in procuring items for the church and to assist those with special needs.

Sound like something you might be interested in?  Come, sit in on a Saturday morning and see if you are glad you did!!!  Dress Code?  Nah, just be comfortable.
